Confirmed from Haseltine Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Haseltine Trail

“This was a well marked trail system contained in a section of woods.”
This was a well marked trail system contained in a section of woods. The trails were easy to follow and are interconnected which allows you to change up how you explore the area. There were several small wooden foot bridges that allowed you to cross the brook, streams, and seasonal muddy areas.
No orcs, goblins, or trolls or sighted during our hike. All trails are very well marked. Great place to hike and or mountain bike
Great trails with a lot of bang for a small area. Great to hike, bike, and snowshoe. Well maintained with very nice variety of features for mountain bikers of all levels.
Winding trails mainly though forested areas and crossing several bridges. Some recent timber work is a bit of a bummer even though in a few years this opened area will provide great habitat.

The practical stuff
- AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
