Confirmed from Hector H. Henry II Greenway (The Mills At Rocky River)'s own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

This is well marked trail which is mostly wooded and travels along the Rocky River for about 2 miles. It will be good for hiking and running. I enjoyed running the length of the trail in the trees' shade and watched the river come in and out of my view as I meandered across the hillsides.

Pretty nice trail for jogging, hiking, biking, walking a 🐕, and enjoying nature. It's a linear trail, not a loop as far as I could tell. I walked about two miles one way. Helpful trail markers about every 1/16th of a mile in case of emergency. Not a whole lot at the trailhead besides parking unfortunately.

Great place to hike. There are some spots that tend to get very muddy and nearly impossible to get around. There is also the remnant of a column for an old bridge in the middle of the river. Lots of shade available. Well worth the visit. While there are currently barricades at the start if trail, it is 2.

It's a nice trail along the Rocky River. There are few bridges on the road. You can choose a main road or the path that goes close to the river. There's a wooden platform with a bench. You can walk a dog or just enjoy walking.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
