Confirmed from Hiking Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Hiking area with mowed-grass paths, ideal for kids, birding, and wildlife-spotting.
What runners say about Hiking Trail
“A very flat, clearly marked hiking trail.”
“I come up here when I need calm in my life it is do quiet here plus I love birds and insects so it's a win win for me.”
Negri-Nepote is an excellent place for walking and nature photography. I've gotten some of my best pictures of hawks and butterflies here.
A very flat, clearly marked hiking trail. The path itself was well maintained. It was a simple circular hike and although there were limited wildflowers, it was a very pretty meadow. So be on the lookout for ticks. We had one tag along on my husband’s leg during the ride home.
A super quiet place not known to many, hence have almost no one, except one or two foxes. Just dried field all around. Can take an hour to complete one loop. Easy to get lost, the blue trail mark is not clear. I suggest the township to place more color mark and right directions.
Didn't get a chance to do the whole thing but what I saw looked great. I'll be back to bird and hike here again.
Trail conditions & character
“I don’t think dogs are allowed for those of you who usually walk with your pets.”

The practical stuff
- AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
