Confirmed from Holly Tree Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Grassy open space with redwood trails plus play structures and picnic spots.
What runners say about Holly Tree Park
“Lots of shade and very well maintained park with no graffiti or broken playgrounds parts.”
“Like most Yuba City parks, Holly Tree is very well maintained and beautiful.”
“Lots of shade and very well maintained park with no graffiti or broken playgrounds parts.”
This park has 2 play structures that have lots to keep the kids entertained. My kids call it the "Beastmaster park" because they run the play structure completing "obstacles" like on the show. There is even little rock wall. There are two baby swings. Benches to sit on and a decent amount of shade.
This park is great! There is hardly any traffic and it has a big grass area for running it's a little hidden which makes this park my favorite! The jungle gym is so neat it! Great for climbing although there are no "Big Kid" swings i still love how we could play and have picnics here.
Has a large climbing structure for older children, as well as a separate area for small children to play and not get trampled by fast moving bigger kids. Has lots of sidewalks and paths to ride your bikes, skateboards and anything else that moves you.
An amazing park with a decent playground in the trees, a big clearing for events and amazing trails through the redwoods
