Confirmed from Hubbard Reservoir Recreation Area's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Open area featuring hiking trails, reservoirs and nature, plus dog-friendly paths.
What runners say about Hubbard Reservoir Recreation Area
Great little trail with multiple types of landscapes the further back you go. Even though the paths are pretty clear, using Google Maps helped us navigate where we were going. Side note: long pants help with some overgrowth on the paths and take a water bottle as there is direct sun and little shade.
Can get very muddy but great place for birding. Easy flat trails but terrain is lumpy with vole holes and tunnels. Good place to bring horses and dogs. Would NOT recommend for any sort of cycling.
Have a good rest of our as an old runoff Reservoir I believe. Used to fill up sometimes they would stock it with fish. I used to go out there and hunt when I was in high school.
Great trail. Mucky mud and lots of ticks. Be careful around the pond. Quicksand.

- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
