Confirmed from Indian Springs Metropark's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“I loved the Nature Center the building itself is gorgeous you can go to the lowest floor go inside the dome underwater, pretty cool.”

We were so excited to make it here! It’s so fascinating that this is where the headwaters of the Huron River originate. Really it’s a bit further north at Big Lake, but the stretch of the Huron through Indian Springs is really neat.

They have a new cool playground rly jig with lots of different things for the kids to try according their age. Paid $10 for a day pass. This Metro park is huge, has lots of good trails for walking, biking running, etc. There’s a pretty nice splash pad with lots of picnic tables around and a playground nearby.

So many great options for hiking/walking. Paved paths, gravel, grassy; in woods, meadows and past ponds. Very well maintained! I love it all year round, but especially in late spring early summer with all the blooms!

Visited the park on thanksgiving day, wanted to get a nice and long walk before the thanksgiving feast! Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
