Confirmed from Jordan County Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“Bathrooms are really clean and nice, beach is small but it's a small park.”

🏞️ beautiful scenery 4 mentions

“So happy spring is here and I can continue enjoying this beautiful park🥰”

🌾 quiet & peaceful 6 mentions

“They are walk in sites so you have to cross a small bridge, you do share a walk path with two other sites, but was very quiet.”

Excellent stay camping here! 50amp service, small campground yet such spacious spots, heavily shaded with mature trees, just loved the peacefulness. Lake is within walking distance. All the stores you could ever want are just a few miles away in town, with nice biking and hiking trails.

You don't get alot of foot traffic like the big campsites. They are walk in sites so you have to cross a small bridge, you do share a walk path with two other sites, but was very quiet. You can't see the other sites which is great for privacy. Right on the water, so if you kayak or canoe it's perfect.

Beautiful campgrounds. Staying in site 15 mid-June 2025. Sites are well maintained and most are private. 2-4 bars on Verizon. No wifi. Bathrooms old but very clean and showers warm to hot. Met the host and two Rangers. All were super friendly and helpful.

Nice place to camp. Very close to the Green Circle trail. You can travel many miles around the Stevens Point area by the trail. This park has a nice lake and park as well. They offer canoo sites on the water.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
