Confirmed from Kiwanis Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Recreational destination offering picnic tables, playgrounds and a disc golf course for all ages.
What runners say about Kiwanis Park
“Baseball fields, Frisbee golf, bags game, walking path with limited exercise equipment, children's play area, covered picnic pavilion and very clean public restrooms.”
“Beautiful park with something for everyone.”
“Very beginner friendly course perfect to practice one as well.”
Beautiful park. Clean and well kept. You can get adventurous and walk along the creek by the parking lot if perfectly cut grass and a playground and playing fields is not your style. Can't get much safer than this located right behind the Police Station!
One of my favorites to go to! Started going this summer, looking for toddler friendly park (swings, lots slides with bottom closer to ground, and a bathroom). This park has a lot of stuff for you to do!
This is a great park that has a lot to offer for all ages. It has 2 playgrounds, sand volleyball, basketball, softball/baseball fields. It has a walking/biking path as well as a nature walk area. There are exercise machines, disc golf course, horseshoes, cornhole, and amphitheater...
Beautiful park. Lots of room for children to run around. Some short little paths for walking. 2 play structures- one for the little guys and one for the bigger kids. There is a set of swings that includes some baby swings and an accessible swing.
Trail conditions & character
“Good canoe/kayak launch, great park with mature tree cover, picnic & gathering options, playground and bathroom, all right next to police station & decent sized parking lot.”

The practical stuff
- AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
