Confirmed from Kiwanis Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Grassy park featuring baseball fields, basketball courts and a playground.
What runners say about Kiwanis Park
“Our dogs love it so much, they can run and bark all they want.”
“No trees, so not much shade in the heat of the day.”
Good for your dog not so busy and clean my dog name Angel i found her 9 years ago in Hillsboro ohio in the snow she was 8months i open the door and she jumped in she loves the wooded area for some reason wish i had the money to train her but she loves the fields at the park good place for a dog park up on the hill side
I give this place 5 stars for the largest dog park I have ever seen. About a football field in size, there is plenty of space for your dog to run, play, and enjoy other dogs. Owners are very friendly and respectful too.
We have been bringing out dogs to the 2 acre park for a few months now. Our dogs love it so much, they can run and bark all they want. Everyone we have met at the park are super chill and fun to hang with.
Nice large fenced park with water for the dogs. No trees, so not much shade in the heat of the day.

- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
- At the trailheadparking — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
