Confirmed from Lake Lizzie Conservation Area South Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Beautiful trail system that leads to Lake Lizzie. Miles of trails for walkers & runners. You can even ride horses here.
I am a local and I finally came over to try the trail. I will say I enjoyed it on my mountain bike (besides some sand pits), and it seems nice to walk. There is the presence of wildlife on this trail, as I ran into sand hill cranes and some deer as well.
This is a nice place, bigger than I expected but nice. Make sure to bring water for your hike.
Lake Lizzie Nature Preserve is a beautiful natural area located in Osceola County, Florida. Covering over 1,300 acres, the preserve offers a diverse range of habitats including pine flatwoods, wet prairies, and cypress swamps.
