Confirmed from Lake Underhill Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Lakefront neighborhood park with a loop path, exercise equipment, a boat ramp & local birdlife.
What runners say about Lake Underhill Park
“But please pick up after yourselves always, keep our parks clean.”
“Very beautiful scenery and about a mile and a half loop, it can get repetitive but nevertheless very scenic and peaceful.”
I've done the run path part of the park and we drive past it all the time. But, we always meant to try it for paddleboarding and today we did. And, it was wonderful. The weather was perfect. The water was easy to paddle and when you go under the highway, you can watch the planes at the Executive Airport take off.
This place is absolutely beautiful the atmosphere is awesome. It's 1.5 miles around the path. It's really beautiful to watch the sunset! There is some garbage in the water, and there's a fishy smell in a certain spot. It really needs more parking as well. Maybe a bathroom or a hand washing station.
Nice place for families for walk, fishing birds seeing and water sports. Track has beautiful view of lake and the bridge. Management must add more benches around track.
its a good place to hang out and relax, or to fish off the pier, you can even walk the sidewalk, i like to scope out the alligators, and yes ive seen them right at the water line so please use caution walking pets, stay on the sidewalk, etc. however if you are looking for a remote place this is definately not it.
