Confirmed from Landing Avenue Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Relaxed park featuring a playground, a floating dock and Nissequogue River access.
What runners say about Landing Avenue Park
“Beautiful place to have lunch, bring the kids, fish, or kayak through the river.”
“Clean, quiet and just enough fun for the children to sit eat lunch play and look out at the water on the floating dock.”
Great little park with a floating dock on the Nissequogue river. Drop a canoe in and paddle for a few hours or just sit in the shade. Playground for kids and Bar B Que for picnic. I take my dog for a walk on the trail that is along the river.
If you want to go fishing on a charter or just walk out on the pier this is a top notch place to choose
