Confirmed from Laurel Hill Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Public park offering a marina, ball fields, tennis and volleyball courts, playgrounds, and a splash pad.

Love this park for morning run or kayak. Public boat launch is easy to navigate with fold -up kayak. Lots of paths to run with beautiful bird song and lots to see in nature when you look. Soccer field.
5 min from my place. Its the best park in the area. Has great cricket ground. Football field(soccer). One separate playground for anyone to play anything. Even bring a dog and play around. Have a picnic. I see many people playing volleyball in the evening on different areas of park. Best is their walking trails.
One of the best hidden gems in the Secaucus area! The park is huge and offers plenty of things to do. You can play tennis, cricket, pickleball, or basketball; they truly have it all. There’s ample space to walk or run along the river, plus soccer fields and plenty of parking.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
