Confirmed from LBA Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about LBA Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (843 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 5 mentions

“A lovely hidden gem with plenty of space, a clean atmosphere, lots of equipment to entertain and adequate seating.”

I always love going here. I like that they keep up to date on everything there. Something that I found out a while back is that this park is much bigger than it appears. They have these trails in the forest then we found the actual property marker of the park. It was a pretty cool experience.

★★★★★ — Raychel , Feb 2020

Well kept park. Lots of area to walk or run. Nice play area for little kids and older kids too. Dog friendly; keep on a leash and pick up after them.

★★★★★ — Deb , May 2023

Nice trails, both paved and not. Some go steeply up and down but those are avoidable. Baseball fields, futball (soccer), tennis, running. Water fountains, bathrooms, playgrounds for the kiddies. It's got it all

★★★★★ — Jan , Jul 2023

Hiking, ball fields, off leash dog area, jungle gym, and yes, a zip slide. All.The.Things. Beloved local park and it’s easy to see why.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
