Confirmed from Leominster Trails' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Leominster Trails
“, Leominster, marks the northern end of a wonderful trail along the Monoosnoc ridge through quiet woodlands with great views to the east.”
“Plenty of well marked trails including maps every so often.”
Definitely a good local area to hike! Plenty of well marked trails including maps every so often. Good for beginner hikers. Only complaint was as you progress through the trails, the maps along the way stay the same. The maps should progress along the trail as you hike.
One of my favorite places to hike. Lots of trails and lots of options for difficulty. Some really nice views too.
A rustic parking lot at the northwest terminus of West St. and west terminus of Lindell Ave., Leominster, marks the northern end of a wonderful trail along the Monoosnoc ridge through quiet woodlands with great views to the east.
Well marked, easy to follow trails. A good mix of easy and challenging terrain. Be careful after rain, some parts get mucky.
