Confirmed from Lininger Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🏞️ beautiful scenery 4 mentions

🌳 shaded & cool 3 mentions

“It's in a nice, shaded area, with a walking trail nearby, and it has a nice pavilion, along with many picnic tables in the shade.”

I live right next to this park and I love it. The woods behind the large field is beautiful. You can come and let your dog roam (if they're properly trained not to run off) and the newer playground equipment is great (though I'll always miss my memories on the old playground).

I had wanted to visit this park for quite some time, because it has some unique features I thought my kids would love. It's in a nice, shaded area, with a walking trail nearby, and it has a nice pavilion, along with many picnic tables in the shade. I don't like how the basketball hoop is basically in the parking lot.

★★★★☆ — Angela , Aug 2022

Newer park has all new equipment including swings, a jungle gym, springy thingies, etc. New pavilion to have a medium sized get together and large open field for flying kites. Trail along the creek is a nice place to take your dog or girl for a stroll.

Great location to run from. Up to the stop light on 10th, north to parlor city, and then west. Turn left on geode and run back to the park. Baseball diamond is great and the park is pretty new.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🚻 Restrooms 5 mentions

“I don't think I saw permanent restroom facilities, only portable toilet.”
