We just discovered Lodi Lake Wilderness Area! Great spot for a number of activities or just relaxing in a peaceful environment. Saw deer, squirrels and a variety of birds and water fowl! Hiking trail was easy & scenic!
First time walking here and we loved it. So many beautiful trees and lots of nature totally making you feel like you are in the wilderness. We were even fortunate to see a group of deer right up close. It's not a long trail but you can always double it like what we did. We are planning on coming back.
Swim area Opening Day on Memorial Day was FREE entry. Great atmosphere. Canopy of red wood trees near Toddler chlorine splash pool. Lake is supervised by life guards so you can feel comfortable with letting children swim and play freely. Life jackets are provided and recommended.
Re opened the nature trail after being shut down for months. Always a great trail to take as walk on to see small lake in the back and just enjoy the trail which has lots of shade. Certain times of year you can enjoy seeing lots of wildlife including lots of deer.
