Confirmed from Longleaf Trace Sumrall Station's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Hiking, biking, horseback riding, and other activities are available at this peaceful trailhead.

I just walked about three miles to get a feel for it. The trail accommodates hikers, biker and horse riders. Excellent conditions, restrooms and parking at trailhead, I plan on doing more of the trail as soon as I am back in the area.
Very peaceful and plenty of shade. Great for bike riding, walking, and jogging
Biked there for the first time today. There is plenty of parking if that is where you want to start your route. Bathrooms were clean. Lots of picnic tables. I think the only negative is that there isn't much wind protection. If you are biking or running to this location be aware that sumerall is in a bowl of sorts.
I wish I could say that I've used the bike 🚴 trail, but I have seen lots cyclist on their bike trail. The trail is very well maintained too. I've heard lots of good things about it, maybe with enough coffee I will try it out.
