Confirmed from Maplewood Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

One of Deerfield's best parks. It's rarely crowded, but there are plenty of things to do: lots of open green space, 3 different playgrounds for different aged kids, running path, exercise equipment, baseball field, etc. There's also plenty of parking. Facilities are very well kept-up. There are bathrooms here.

Great walking trails, big parking lot and large and safe play structures for kids. Good place to play sports or have a picnic...lots of pokemon go stops and wild pokemon to catch !

Great park with a short walk around the soccer field. The park offers several playgrounds for younger and older kids, small basketball court, exercise equipment and a restroom. Perfect place for a walk or meditation during any time of the year.

Picnic tables, free workout equipment in 3 different places around the park, a large paved path around a baseball diamond, an open field, small hill for sledding, and 3 different playgrounds for different ages. Love this park!

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
