We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Mar Bella running trails yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Mar Bella running trails
Five out of five stars, I would HIGHLY recommend! Memorable experiences! My experience at the running trails was something I will never forget. Originally, I wasn't planning on running at all.
I got a PR on my last mile after being chased by a hoard of Nutria rats. Even better, when I finished I had to run through a gaggle of geese which as they flew away sounded like thousands of people clapping for me.
We just love the trails this time of year. All the snakes 🐍 crawl out of the ponds and lay on the banks enjoying the sun. The kids love watching the alligator 🐊 next to the bus stop. My son had a squirrel chase him down for food since they are so used to being fed.
This running trail is the best! The copious amounts of animals such as nutria, ducks, fish popping, and random fireworks make running an interactive sport of random happenings. It's like a real life game show!

“I just wanted to sit on the bench and enjoy the serene ambiance of the peacefully flowing water fountains while reading my favorite self-help book recommended to me by a friend.”
