Confirmed from Memorial Lake State Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Memorial Lake State Park
“I recently start going to this park , is very calm and not many people go, so is quiet if you would like to walk in nature , the park is clean and trails well maintained.”

I love this area around the lake. Took a walk around the whole lake. Trails are marked with signs and distances. A leisurely walk can take up to an hour around the whole lake. If you into military aircraft or like hearing them on maneuvers, this is one place to see, hear, and feel them at work.
Kayaking lovers, here is the best place for you during the summer. Picnic as couples, family and friends under the shadow or by the lake is great. Don't feel like boating, of course you can just walk around the lake for exercise.

Quick and easy to access. Nice walking trails and a running loop, if you like to run on the road. Access to Fishing Creek Valley road if you want to add miles.

“There are a couple swing sets and a sand box at the parking areas, but other than that, it's just a place to enjoy being in nature.”
“I highly recommend a visit and some parking areas have real bathrooms and water fountain.”

The practical stuff
- AccessDawn to dusk — the gates close, so do not plan a run that finishes after dark
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms, water — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
