A great place to relax, swim, spend time on the beach or have a picnic. The water is very clean and very swimmable. You will see many folks training for triathlon here. Note that town parking or walk/bike permit is required to enter although I was never asked for it
Beautiful scenery, especially now with all the Fall colors! Great place to walk or run!
We asked where we could eat our lobsters outside and were directed here. What a wonderful park. It has a walking path, playground, beach area with no lifeguard, and we watched sailing lessons while we ate. There were trashcan and portapotties. (Spelling?) There is probably more, but that is what we saw.
