Confirmed from Meredyth Place Walking Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Meredyth Place Walking Trail
“The paved paths and the landscapes are well maintained and its wide open so there is a good field of view for safety's sake.”
Great place to walk, jog, or exercise. Best time to go is morning or evening due to it being cooler during those times. There are street lights along the trail at night, but i think the ones along the inner woods part shut off around 11 pm.
The walking trails are a great place to go and get some exercise. We like to take our young grandsons and their bikes and let them ride. The paved paths and the landscapes are well maintained and its wide open so there is a good field of view for safety's sake.
Multi-walking trail with excellent lighting throughout for evening and early morning walkers. The location is great for access and open surroundings for single walkers. Very clean area.
Clean, well lit, and open area to stroll or for a rigorous workout. The trail would better if they would widen it but it suffices.

The practical stuff
- AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
