Confirmed from Morrow's Meadow's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Absolutely beautiful river views! There is a paved trail that is close to 2 miles if you take the long way around, and walk closer to the river to explore. You'll find fresh water mollusk shells and a variety of rocks. Even fossils sometimes!

★★★★★ — Ms. , Jun 2024

No doubt a highlight even of the entire state. A beautiful and humbling place. The stream on the north side of the park is a personal favorite. Take in the sounds of the running water. Come during sunset or sunrise and everything becomes even more stunning.

This is a family favorite! We love the walking trail, the chance to spot wildlife and people canoeing, and the playgrounds and bathrooms are well maintained. Plus you can see the whole park from any location, so keeping an eye on the kids is easy.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
