Confirmed from Mt Hebron Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“During the summer, a roof provides shade, protecting kids from direct sunlight.”
“It’s designed for kids of all abilities, with accessible equipment and even quiet spaces for children with autism, which means so much as a parent.”
This public park is a gem! The play areas are well-equipped with rubber mats, making it an ideal spot for kids of all ages. There's no shortage of activities to keep them entertained. During the summer, a roof provides shade, protecting kids from direct sunlight.
This playground and park is huge! We visited earlier in the day and it wasn't quite as busy as later in the afternoon. My kiddo and I had so much fun! There's swings, slides, merry-go-round, teeter totters, lots to climb on, spin, and much more. The splash pad wasn't open yet.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have a highly energetic three year old autistic son, and when we found this park it honestly felt like a godsend. One of the things I worry about most is him taking off and running out of an area, but Mount Hebron is so big and keeps his attention so well that he just stays happy in the play area for hours.
Very fun, large park. Lots to do for kids. If you have more than one adult, bring another adult to help you or you'll get overwhelmed trying to find your children. Good shade cover.
