Easy walk to and around the small lake. There about 3 places where a small group of people (8-12) can set up a picnic and swim. Lots of spots for fishing, the water is clear enough to see fish from the shoreline. I walked at noon in August and was in the shade ninety percent of the time, great tree canopy.
I hike at a different location daily & this is one of my favorites. Wide trail with beautiful water & scenery! Will definitely visit again 🌞
Very nice walk. Nearly had the place to ourselves. I wish the paths were better marked but still nice.
The place is very pretty. Trails are generally nice and wide. Many trails are fairly uneven with rocks or roots. Main trails are fairly well marked. Many trails are not listed on map and not marked at all. Trails have small gentle elevation changes, nothing too excessive.
