We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Nassau-Suffolk Trail LIGTC yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Nassau-Suffolk Trail LIGTC
Thanks Google for creating a location for this trail in this parking lot. This trail is great.
Nice trail! Easy to get lost off the path tho! Pay attention to the markers 👍
It's so peaceful to visit. Especially on a weekday, while it's slightly rainy, and well past the cold spring harbor leg of the trail. Be one with nature. Don't trailblaze.
