All sand trail so it’s a little harder to walk than a traditional trail I’m used to. But, short so it’s not hard. Trail is nicely marked with signs for different plants
Nice little nature trail! There were double red flags up so the trail was a nice way to mix things up. It’s all sand trail and minimal shade along the route. A few spots you can see to the Gulf.
It's in Henderson Beach State park. I walked to the small sandy trail that was like a loop on the right side of the beach but it seems like the longer trail is right next to the entrance of the state park. There is a narrow paved road on the left passing the ticket office.
