Confirmed from North Central Pathway's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Paved hiking trail with water views that's good for kids, and biking.

Favorite place to stop w my dog 🐶 on my way home from New Hampshire! Beautiful during any season of the year! Has doggie clean up stations located through out the flat walking path, which makes this trail an easy hike! Not to mention the pure serenity and beauty of the park. Bike 🚲 and walking trails available!
Relatively flat with some gentle grades in the Old Gardner Rd to 140 stretch. Nice route for long runs if upu start at YMCA in Winchendon and go out to the ice rink in Gardner(there are a few short road sections) you can get in 18 miles. Great for workouts like tempos and MP runs.
Great walk. Just watch out for the speeding bicycles. I try to go at quieter times. Very peaceful early morning.
I love walking my dog and family there. Riding my bike there is awesome as well. Love the sunset.
