Confirmed from North Natomas Regional Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Multi-use park with various ball fields & kids' play areas, open space & an amphitheater.

North Natomas Regional park is a great place to take the kids, especially during hot sunny days. There is a water park that I did not get a picture of since its awkward when there are kids running around shirtless, but it is a great way to keep the kids cool.
North Natomas Regional Park is a really nice place. There’s lots of open space, walking paths, and spots to sit and relax. Great for a casual stroll, playing with kids, and bringing a picnic. The park feels clean and peaceful, and it wasn’t too crowded when we visited.
