Confirmed from Norton Rail Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“This is a beautiful, clean, quiet bike path.”
As of 11/1/24, this trail is mostly complete with some work being done at various road intersections. The trail is like any other rail trail, paved and mostly flat. I found it to be scenic and a great time during the fall season.
This is a beautiful, clean, quiet bike path. My family enjoys starting at the Norton end and traveling the extra way to the Flannel Cow in the center of Mansfield for ice-cream. After our ice cream we head back.
Nice trail for cycling. I saw several families with kids riding bikes and rollerblading. I saw people walking and running. Great for overall general use. Nicely paved.
Always liked the Mansfield Rail Trail. So now they have extended it into Norton. Beautiful, quiet, clean trail. I go there all the time.
