This is a great place to go for a walk, 5ake the dog or cat whatever, a great place to go n clear your head. There are plenty of trails if you don't want to be around people, all in all though people are usually really friendly down there, just happy to be outside in such a beautiful place.
if u are looking to switch up the routine, check it out. paddle board,kayaks,tubing its really up to you. cool change when tide comes in and out. dog friendly the place is perfect for them not to deep sand dunes plenty of room to run and jump around water. nice time.
No matter what the season a beautiful spot. If you're a dog lover or just want to learn of the many ecosystems that surround the Cape this has it all. Although not a must hiking boots come in handy especially after a lot of rain.
My dog and my favorite place to go! Lots of variety. Open fields, woodland trails, water views, fresh water pond, tidal marsh, old growth pine trees, blueberry bushes. Multiple trails for lots of variety. I love the large open area where dogs meet to play.
