Confirmed from Old Trace Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Recreation area with picnic tables & reservoir views, plus an annual show by the local symphony.

Old Trace Park is one of the best outdoor spots in the area. Whether you're there to grill, walk the lakeside trail, or just relax under one of the gazebos, there's something for everyone. The disc golf course is a fun bonus, and the dog park makes it super convenient for pet owners.
Perfect place for a walk, quiet day/eve, date, play, family day, you name it. Geese, walking trail, plenty of shaded spaces, and LOTS OF ROOM for everyone. I had my birthday picnic at Old Trace and it was beautiful
Pepsi Pops great evening. Park also has a new restroom and dogie park. Easy access to Natchez Trace trails, water and boat ramp next door.
I come here to walk and relieve stress. I call it my place of peace. I love hearing the water, and the breeze feels great.
