Confirmed from Parham Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with a lake featuring picnic tables and barbecue grills, plus a trail.
What runners say about Parham Park
“Pleased to see how people keep it clean and well maintained for all of our enjoyment.”
“It is around the corner, quiet and well maintained.”
Nice little piece of nature nestled among townhouses in Davidson. There is street access parking, mostly gravel trails, and a few fun spots to wet a line. Some complain about the I-77 noise but it is farther off and more faint than other reviews make it seem.
Nice park if you don’t like people around you or you like to walk your pet
Parham Park is located between Lake Park Drive and Lake Davidson in Davidson NC. It's a small wooded area nestled between the two. There is a picnic table and a grill near the lake. You can find a multi-station exercise workout along the path. There is also a play area for the little ones. The park is small.
Visiting family and came across this really cool park tucked away off the beaten path. I was able to take the dogs for a walk through the woods and along the lake. I wish the benches were in better shape on the bank of the lake but overall a great experience.
