Confirmed from Pico Park Sea Summit Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Pico Park Sea Summit Trailhead
“The view of the ocean is beautiful and the trails aren't very hard to walk or get up the steps that are apart of them.”
Beautiful trail with amazing views the whole way. It wasn’t much of a hike but perfect for a nice stroll to get fresh air. The trail is a good choice for all age groups, there are a couple spots which have a little incline. Dog friendly too.
One of the best trails in Orange County. Nice view, clean restrooms and easy parking. It was a pleasant day when we went one morning. We enjoyed our Vitamin Sea! Perfect place to unwind or meditate.
I was on the San Clemente beach trail, when I spotted the stairs of Pico Park, and knew it would be a great place to view the ocean. It was a great walk, and I burned some calories going up the stairs.
🚶♀️If you walk while looking at 🌊the cool, open sea, 🏖 🏄♂️your heart will feel refreshed.👍
