What runners say about Pinellas Trail
Great paved walking and biking trail through Pinellas county. Water stations throughout for water bottles and water fountains for humans and dogs. Needed, as shade is intermittent along the Rails to Trails length, which is disappointing in the summer heat.
On off trail...easy to get over highways and roadways. Nice views their the waterways in St Pete, thru the mangroves is very pretty. Plenty of space for everyone on the path. Clean and easy roads to use for anything wheeled or on foot.
Great trail for hiking/jogging/bicycling. Soon to loop most of the St. Petersburg peninsula.
