Run here multiple times a week. Along the river...lovely. water processing plant...stinky. Derelict storage/junkyard/hell-on-earth at the end of the trail...unsightly. I wished it connected to the next trail better, you have to run up a busy, winding, hilly street to get to it. But the trail is great.
If you need to get your 10,000 steps in a day, then this place is great. It's even better for walking a dog.
