Confirmed from Radio Canyon Open Space's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Radio Canyon Open Space
It’s a great open space/trail for all activities from Walking, Running, Rucking, and biking. Just beware Coyotes and other wildlife roam here.
Birdwatchers Paradise, so many different species here in the trees, I live in this neighborhood and also hear the plethora of nocturnal animals including coyotes, this simple Intercity Canyon is Rich with life, I highly recommend a walk or meditation here, get out into nature and let the magic happen :)
Beautiful canyon view, from the top of the hill north of the canyon (Weaver St.), you can see Coronado Islands.
Thanks to the heavens, nature was saved for all of us. Nice short hikes.
