Confirmed from Rainbow Meadow Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with well-maintained trails, picnic tables, and a restroom for jogging, walking, and dogs.
What runners say about Rainbow Meadow Park

“The path runs down to the river and it has a great view.”
Nice little hidden gem! Nice walk near the rancocas creek!! This place is great for a nice quiet walk especially in the late evening on warm day! That nice breeze from the water is nice!
Lovely park! It's not a long walk, but it is beautiful! I saw quite a few types of birds down by the water, so I would go back to birdwatch. There are some picnic tables both in the beginning and at the water.
Very open park which has a sandy track that goes in a big circle. Very popular for walkers and for dog walkers. The path runs down to the river and it has a great view.
A nice place to hold an outside event or to take a walk on one of the many paths. You can play Munzee here and geocache...

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
