We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Redstone Rail Trail Bike Trail yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Redstone Rail Trail Bike Trail
“Everyone is friendly, and the trail is well kept with some history on little signs along the way.”
“Beautiful fall colors on my walk this morning.”
“Perfect for an easy walk and really nice for a stroller.”
My grandson and I always have a great time riding the trail. We always end at the ice cream stand and enjoy some strawberry lemonade sorbet which is wonderful. He is 7 and the wildlife is abundant and varied which is perfect for a young mind. Path is flat and wide enough for our bikes with pedestrian traffic included.
Great place for a walk or bike ride. The trail is flat and is about 3+ miles long. It runs from Maple Street to Chestnut Street to Industrial Dr and down to Denslow Rd. There are free parking areas at all the major road crossings. It can be used all year long.
What great walk filled with history. Extremely well maintained and clean. Make sure you walk the whole 1.5 miles
I grew up walking this trail many times, always had a great time and my son loves it. Everyone is friendly, and the trail is well kept with some history on little signs along the way.
