Confirmed from Reid Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Reid Park
The trails are winding and somewhat confusing. We entered on one side and came out on the opposite side of the park. Better signage would be appreciated; there are only a handful of signposts at junctures to indicate which way to go.
Pokéstops, sports, & playground oh my. They Reid has a Baseball diamond, soccer goals and natural mountain biking & walking trails. In the surrounding woods. I've seen dogs and humans catching Frisbee here too. There is at least one picnic bench to use as well as the cleanest portapotty I've ever used.
Park is nice. Soccer field is nice. Parking minimal. Play park is nice. But the MTB trails are confusing. Not we’ll kept. Flow of the ride is not mapped well. Features are minimal. But if you are a beginner and want to just ride through forest and or you have small kids this would be a good start.
The actual park looks small from the parking lot, but don't let that fool you. Once you get beyond the tree line you'll realize the park is full of hiking and biking trails alongside a nice lake.
Trail conditions & character
“Fun little playground, but could use more amenities (like a modern pavilion/restroom facility).”
