Confirmed from Rick Gonzales Senior Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring a playground, swing set and a basketball court, plus picnic tables.
What runners say about Rick Gonzales Senior Park
“Clean bathrooms and good drinking fountain.”
“Love the circuit training on the track and the open air but i cannot wait for the tree to get bigger for summer shade”
A very nice park. Great area to have a nice picnic or to have a nice quiet walk.
This park is great!! The swings, sand area and zip line are my granddaughters favorite! The dirt running track and equipment are in good shape. The trees are still small, since it’s a newer park, so very little shade. Clean bathrooms and good drinking fountain.
Well maintained with bathrooms. Nice walking path. Playground for kids. Baseball field and plenty of open space. Great for dogs and very ADA friendly. Large covered picnic area with bbq.
So glad the City of Woodland finally built this park within walking distance from us. We go almost daily. Zipline is a great draw. The dog enjoys walking out in the field.
