Confirmed from River Trails Park District's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Kid-friendly outdoor pool alongside a playground, plus sledding and a gym area.

I love this park. There is a huge playground with many different jungle gyms for the kids to play on. The best swing for small toddlers and is a short walk to their forest preserve. It's nice to bring your kids. Great little gym. Always clean and all employees are friendly. So much to do for all ages. I start my runs there and end them there as well. Nice path to rollerblade 👍too
