Confirmed from Rock Point Trail Loop's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Felt like we were walking through that place where Aragorn fights the Uruk-hai in Fellowship of the Ring. Amazing views of water, rock, and forest. Wear good trail shoes and bring some water.

Beautiful trail, much of it along Lake Champlain. A nice mix of flat, wide trails along with steeper, rocky trails (that may be tough for younger children). It included many low to the ground wooden plank bridges that should be helpful after some rain.
