Confirmed from Rotary Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Green space featuring picnic tables, a baseball diamond & playground, plus a pond, benches & trails.
What runners say about Rotary Park
Nice little park with a playground for children. There is a pond with turtles do you can feed them. But at some point in August this park is filled with geese, who make the grass not easy to walk because you know, they eat there and they do the rest there...
Great small size park with a small walking area in a place you wouldn't expect it, some sections can feel a little damp undertoe, but that's expected with the pond in the middle. Small baseball field that is actively used.
This is a surprisingly great park. It’s simple and well maintained. It’s great for large community events and families playing. Check out the walk around the lake and keep an eye out for fairy houses!
Wilmington has no shortage of playgrounds, this one also has a path around a pond. There are are also a couple of picnic tables. It sits across from the public safety building. Little ones enjoy it.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
