Confirmed from Russell E Elliot Memorial Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Small playground for smaller children, as well as ball and tennis courts at this park.
What runners say about Russell E Elliot Memorial Park
“IT'S A NICE, CLEAN MEMORIAL PARK.”
Many sporting events and a great playground for kids 12 and under as well as a walking path and tennis courts.
LSAA and the Parks and Rec department do a fabulous job maintaining this park. My girls have been playing softball here for five years and we've been going on walks and playing in the playground for over 10. The bathrooms need a refresh but at least they have bathrooms.
Nice place to spend time with my family. Between the paths, sports fields and playground my kids and I have a lot of fun.
Very nice park! It's not very big but it has a few sport fields, a walking path, tennis courts, and a play ground.
Trail conditions & character
“Nice town park with several baseball and soccer fields, as well a snack stand and bathrooms.”
“The one downside is the crowded parking lot whenever games are going on, leading many to park along grassy lawn areas.”
