We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Sailboat Bend Preserve yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

The preserve is adjacent to the Argyle Canal allowing access to the water for canoes or kayaks. Don't let the overgrowth fool you, this passive park is full of beauty. There is a short mulch trail that is landscaped with native plants attracting a variety of birds and butterflies.

The whole grass waterfront portion of Sailboat Bend is just a lovely place to go for a walk and admire the houses and the canal
It is a nice area with very little to do. A few very short trails, no seating and plenty of mosquitoes.
