Confirmed from Sal Berroteran Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Great to walk around or jogs. Also great for practice for people who got little Teams/League of soccer team

★★★★☆ — David , Jun 2021

This is a very pleasant park, lots of green grass and rolling terrain (hills). Suffers from the same issues as the rest of El Paso parks: lack of parking and lack of bathroom facilities. However, this park is very spacious and has plenty of room to walk your dogs. Not much in the way of playground equipment.

★★★★☆ — James , Sep 2019

One of the parks with decent soccer fields. There are 2 Soccer fields at this park and although they still leave a lot to be desired, they are in fair to good condition. Be ready for a long walk to and from your car if more than one game is being played. There is no parking lot. 2 outhouses.

★★★★☆ — Victor , Aug 2016

This park has a little bit of everything. Swings for toddlers to teenaged kids, slides and fun. Big field for soccer and trail around park for running/walking. Trees for shade. Nice photo opportunities as well.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
