We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Sally Milligan Trail yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Sally Milligan Trail
A good place for a morning or afternoon leisure walk. The space by the trailhead can only accommodate 2-3 cars, so it gets full easily.
This is a good place for a short walk in the woods with your dog. If they are behaved off leash you can let them run. The whole loop around is about 2.5 mi , with up and down walking over the trails. It's an easy walk for kids to take as well. The trails criss cross so you can take a multiple Route to cover the area.
Been walking through here for 40 years Please preserve. Peace and quiet in a crazy world
