Great flat trail in Menifee with a few traffic light controlled street crossings. Trail begins at the intersection of Aldergate Dr. and Antelope Rd. just north of Newport Rd. along side of the 215 North. The trail starts out going West for total of 9.3 miles round trip.
Extremely easy bike trail. Lots of scenery when it comes to geese! There are also trees and a couple of ponds. I enjoyed this ride because it is quiet and I didn't have to deal with traffic. Thanks, City of Menifee!!!
Salt Creek Trail will eventually be 16 miles providing a wide biking, walking, running path from Goetz Road on the west to State Street in Hemet to the east. Menifee’s 4 mile portion was constructed as a 12-foot-wide paved surface along the north side of Salt Creek, stretching from Goetz Road to Antelope Road.
Perfect for anyone. Smooth trail. Skateboarding skating biking.... or just strolling along perfect. My boy loved the whole walk. If driving to the trail their is limited parking on the side of the road. Not much traffic other then the local residents to the trail. Will come back.
